The call schedule are designed to be compliant with RRC resident work hour restrictions. The work hour restrictions are the rules. The rules are not subject to negotiation. Your start time for rounds will be determined by the senior resident and fellow. Residents are responsible for making sure the arrive AND leave on time. Call schedule changes are not sanctioned or are they guaranteed to be compliant with the work hours.
If you are assigned to clinic, please do not be somewhere else. Be in clinic unless excused by the covering attending.
